From the humble beginnings of six souls, we started prayer in his apartment on the north side of Chicago. Through prayers JLS ministries were born. After one year of prayer and evangelizing, God's True Love Outreach Ministries came into manifestation. Since then, the Lord has been kind to us and the Lord has elevated him from level to level and glory to glory in new dimensions of His power, grace and anointing and now he operates in the office of the Apostle.

As an apostolic father, Apostle Swain’s mission is healing, and equipping men and women from around the world to walk in their God-given purpose and fulfill destiny, going into the highways to compelling men to come into the knowledge of the Father, assisting in building the kingdom of God.

Apostle Swain is married to the lovely Stella Windom-Swain. He has one adult daughter: Tawanna Shantae, and two grandchildren: DeJuan and Davion, many spiritual sons and daughters, God kids and family.
